Welcome to Token Recipes! 👋

Here, you can create custom recipes that allow anyone to transform tokens — or "ingredients" — into others. By default, input ingredients will be burnt and output ingredients will be minted but you may configure your recipe to do otherwise, such as transferring input ingredients to a specific account when the recipe is crafted.

When you create a recipe, the Token Recipe program will temporarily become the mint authority on the output ingredients so they can be crafted. Once an ingredient is no longer part of any recipe as an output, the mint authority will be returned to the original mint authority.

As people craft your recipes you will eventually collect fees,

and

Experience

. The latter are special ingredients that can be used to craft new ingredients and unlock special features for your recipes.

For instance, you can use

Experience

to craft a

Lumberjack Rune

which can be burnt to level up the "Fees" feature and increase the percentage of base fees you collect. Similarly, you can craft a

Scroll of Administration

to increase the "Fees" feature even further and eventually get 100% of the fees collected. Note that, as you increase the percentage of fees you collect, you decrease the percentage of

shards

collected.
